The Dialogue of Your Mind

What are the things your mind keeps returning to? Do they revolve around your job, family, social life, exercise, church, favorite sports team, hobby, TV show, movie, vacation, a song, worries and fears, hopes and dreams?

The dialogue of your mind will determine your attitude and outlook on life. Choose carefully what you dwell on. Do you find your life filled with joy and hope? Keep it up! Is your emotional state one of negativity and depression? Somewhere in between? No mater where you’re at, choose joy and keep pinging your thoughts back to God’s best in your life.

If you have tough days, tell him about it. When you have good days, celebrate with and thank Him. By keeping the internal dialogue centered on conversation with God, He stays at the forefront of your life and you will more easily find yourself with joy no matter the circumstance.

“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” -I Thessalonians 5:16-18

In pursuit of His best,

Andrew
